Sword ciboodle cited as strong performer in enterprise CRM by analyst firm
ciboodle a "good fit" for those looking for a business process approach to CRM
Glasgow, U.K. – September 3, 2008 – Sword ciboodle, provider of customer-oriented business software and services, today announced that it has been named as a strong performer in enterprise CRM suites by independent analyst firm, Forrester Research. Sword ciboodle was among the select companies invited by Forrester Research to participate in its August 29 report, "The Forrester Wave: Enterprise CRM Suites, Q3 2008".
This is the first appearance for Sword ciboodle on the Enterprise CRM Suites Wave, and the company is the only new vendor to be featured in the report. The report states, "ciboodle (formerly Graham Technology) has pushed into the CRM market with focus on the intersection of business process modeling, customer service, and customer interaction management."
The report also states, "As enterprises begin to understand the importance of truly integrating end-to-end customer-facing processes from front office to back office, they are turning to solutions with native BPM capabilities that can support highly unique — and flexible — process flows."
In particular, the Forrester report noted that ciboodle is "a good fit for buyers who are looking for a vendor that can bring business process acumen to solving customer-service centric CRM challenges." Furthermore, ciboodle received the highest score in the report for time-to-value.
"It is a fantastic achievement to have entered the enterprise CRM suites Wave as a strong performer," said Paul White, sales and marketing director, Sword ciboodle. "It is also very encouraging to see the recognition given to process-based CRM solutions, an approach that has always been at the core of ciboodle’s offering." Sword ciboodle is the award-winning business-process-driven CRM software product for multi-channel contact centers. Targeted primarily to large companies in sectors such as banking, insurance, utilities, telecommunications and retail, it is the only BPM-based CRM product that enables all service channels natively from a single platform.
The Forrester Wave evaluated 35 CRM solutions and focused on 14 products in the enterprise suites category. InVision Software AG Receives Major Order from Renowned European Energy Provider
Ratingen (Germany), 27th August 2008 – In July, InVision Software AG (ISIN: DE0005859698), one of the leading international providers of solutions for enterprise-wide workforce management, received a major order from a renowned European energy provider in the lower one digit million Euro range.
The workforce management solution InVision Enterprise WFM will support the efficient scheduling of more than 5,000 call centre agents spread over more than 50 sites but all coordinated centrally, like in one unique virtual contact centre. Benefits are expected to be realised primarily by centralising the planning processes, which will also facilitate monitoring of the planned schedules with the actual hours worked. By implementing this solution, the company aims to benefit from the synergy of multi-site consolidation in terms of the planning process as well as the reduction of overstaffing. The decision in favour of InVision’s software solution follows a comprehensive evaluation of available WFM systems conducted by the client and a successful initial implementation for 700 employees at eight sites. This initial implementation included rigorous process and performance analyses. In addition to ease of use, it proved highly efficient in building complex rosters. Another important factor that influenced the decision to work with InVision was the comfortable web-based access to schedules for employees. About InVision:
InVision Software is a world-leading supplier of enterprise-wide workforce management (WFM) solutions which enable companies to optimise their staff planning and scheduling processes. InVision empowers customers to reduce personnel costs, increase productivity, improve employee satisfaction and boost revenue by leveraging better customer service. Founded in 1995 and based in Ratingen (Germany), InVision currently employs more than 200 WFM specialists and has offices across Europe, North America, and South Africa. InVision Software AG (IVX) is listed in the Prime Standard Segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
